Entrance
- Relax on the wrap-around porch with morning coffee or evening cocktails.
- Seat up to 32 guests at tables on the porch overlooking the pool and gardens.
Living Room
- This expansive area features a fireplace and an alcove with a baby grand piano.
- Elegant furnishings serve as the perfect backdrop for a reception or celebration.
Dining Room
- This large room can seat up to 16 guests.
- An adjacent commercial-style kitchen, designed for large groups, services the dining room with 3 refrigerators, a 6-burner gas range and ovens, and a large preparation area.
- The Saltaire is equipped with table services for up to 125 guests,
including place settings, glassware, and utensils.
Pub Room
- A pub-style bar, with oak paneled walls and entertainment center, can be opened into the living room or used as a separate party room.
- The pub includes a stereo sound system that is connected to the living room and to speakers in the outdoor pool and bar area.
Master Suites
- Six master suites, each with a private bath, accommodate up to 14 overnight guests.
- Four suites have private sitting areas.
- An elevator provides handicapped access to all levels.
Game & Theater Room
- Located on the lower level, this large entertainment area can serve as a secondary party space, especially for children and teens.
- The room includes a large screen with full projection capabilities for media and presentations, and a separate stereo sound system.
- A full-service bar is part of this room.
Pool & Gazebo
- The saltwater pool (no chlorine) is equipped with a whirlpool and waterfall
feature for added relaxation. - A pool-side, full-service bar with grill completes the perfect setting for smaller outdoor parties or receptions.
Garden
- Custom landscaped, the garden’s trees and flowers are lovely backdrops for spring, summer, or fall outdoor receptions.
- The area accommodates a 40 by 60 foot tent and up to 125 guests.
- Electrical service is provided for special lighting to facilitate evening
events, and for sound equipment for live or recorded music.
