The Theater Room provides presentation capability by offering guests use of a 72″ television that includes a surround sound system and iPod dock, ample table space for meetings and internet access. The room also features a wet bar stocked with glassware. Also a full size refridgerator close to the lounge area. Staff will have access to snacks and refreshments without interrupting the work or meeting setting. An elevator is installed in the house to provide ease of access to all areas.
The property may be used to host award ceremonies, cocktail parties and dinners in a variety of locations. Indoors, the Pub Room boasts a handcrafted bar stocked with glassware. The Pub Room is adorned with stained glass lighting and brown leather furniture, and features television with extended cable, surround sound with CD changer, and iPod ports. The formal Dining Room holds a table that seats up to ten comfortably and completes party service with a formal banquet server. Outdoors, umbrellaed dining sets sit poolside for outdoor enjoyment. Poolside includes a hot tub in the gazebo, an outside wet bar, gas grill, mini kitchen and half bathroom for easy outside entertaining. Private beach access is less than half a mile’s walk.
